This is a stunning cut base and polished 131mm pink amethyst obelisk with intricate banding running the length of the crystal

Scientists have spent a significant amount of time studying pink amethyst stone, and they were able to conclude early on that this crystal is unquestionably closer to amethyst than any other major mineral, including rose quartz.

What are the payment options?

  We can accept payments from all major credit and debit card vendors: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.

   We are also accepting PayPal payments!

Is my payment secure?

 We are using Wix Payments services, hence we will not store any debit or credit card information and we do not have access to such information. 

   The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction. 

   PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

We are using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed and Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for any orders totalling a weight of 2kg. The cost of postage is calculated at checkout.

For any orders exceeding a total weight of 2kg, we are using DPD 1-2 Delivery Service (a flat fee of £7.79), services which are fully trackable.

Once the goods are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number (if this is the case).

 

How long it will take for the order to be delivered?

All orders placed before 1pm are despatched the same working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. All orders placed Friday after 1pm will be dispatched next Monday.

If you are using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed, you should receive the goods within 24 hours since we had dispatched the parcel. If you have selected Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed services, your parcel should be with you within 2-3 working day since the items have been dispatched.

If your order exceeds 2kg, DPD 1-2 Delivery Service will be automatically chosen and the parcel should be delivered with 1-2 working days since the goods have been dispatched.

Are the items checked before dispatch?

All our products are carefully checked before posting them. Any faulty or damaged items found, are returned to the supplier.

Return Policy

If you have a problem with your order, you have received a damaged item, or just simply the product is not up to your expectations, please request a refund by contacting us either on our Contact Us page or by sending us an email at contact@evolveyourself.co.uk mentioning the reason of the request.

You should receive an email with the return instructions within 1-2 working days.

Please return the product ONLY after you have received a confirmation email!

Once the product has been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a refund.

Return Requirements

Please return the item in its original packaging, and make sure all of goods are safely packed.

We cannot consider an item as defective if the correct product care guidelines have not been followed and the damage to the product is clearly due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

To ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we strongly advise using a Tracked or Signed for Delivery option.

We are not liable if we do not receive a returned package!

Please make sure to add the invoice to any returning parcel!

Change of mind

In case of change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible for arranging a return. We are only accepting returns for new and unused products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only (excluding postage).

Order Cancellation

If you will wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase! If the order has not been posted, we will issue a full refund straight away! If we already had posted the item, you must return the product to us before any refund being issued.

Damaged, missing or faulty items

We are committed to be a trustworthy and reliable seller; hence we are carefully checking each product before posting and make sure that its quality is adequate, however we cannot guarantee that the product will reach the client in the same state as it might get damaged in transit.

When receiving the delivery box, please check carefully if you have all the items in your order.

If any products are missing, damaged or faulty, we will require a picture of delivery packing along with the invoice received and the damaged/faulty item.

Please be aware that we cannot process a return if a photo of the delivered parcel(item) and invoice won't be provided. Please use the Contact Us form to upload a photo or just simply email it to contact@evolveyourself.co.uk

Goods that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped will be fully refunded, for both the initial and return shipping costs. This is only valid if the item has been damaged in transit or if using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions and if the goods are returned to us within 15 days of delivery!

Before submitting details, please double-check that you have entered the correct delivery address.

Please double-check that your shipping information is complete and accurate.

If items are returned due to a customer's incorrect address, you will be charged for extra shipping costs.

Due to the customer's mistake, a resend fee must be paid for the item to be delivered to the correct address. This would not be a legitimate excuse for cancellation or refund!

Refunds

Once we have received your return and the item has been inspected, you will receive an email confirmation in case your refund has been accepted and we will issue a refund straight away. It might take up to 10 working days for the money to reflect back into your bank account.

Right to Deny

Evolve Yourself reserves the right to inspect the product if it is deemed appropriate. If a return did not follow our returns policy or was not approved and confirmed via email prior to receipt, Evolve Yourself reserves the right to deny the return.
