What are the payment options?
We can accept payments from all major credit and debit card vendors: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact.
We are also accepting PayPal payments and Klarna instalment payments !
Is my payment secure?
We are using Shopify Payments services, hence we will not store any debit or credit card information and we do not have access to such information.
Shopify Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.
PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.
Delivery and Returns
For UK Shipping:
We are pleased to offer shipping services through Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD-Local for orders placed on our website. We use Royal Mail services for orders with a total weight of up to 10kg and dimensions not exceeding 61 x 46 x 46cm.
For orders that exceed the size and weight limits of Royal Mail, we use Evri or DPD-Local services. The appropriate shipping service for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart.
The cost of postage is calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order and will be displayed at checkout. Shipping fees may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, if applicable. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the shipping process.

For international shipping only: Sales Tax and Customs Duty Taxes are not incorporated into the prices shown. Customers may be obligated to pay additional Sales Tax, Customs Duty Taxes based on the value of their purchase and the location of their purchase.

How long it will take for the order to be delivered?
We strive to provide fast and efficient shipping services for all orders placed on our website. All orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working
day, while orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.
For orders that meet the size and weight limits of Royal Mail, we offer two shipping options: Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Tracked services. If you select Royal Mail 24 , your parcel should arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. If you choose Royal Mail 48 Tracked, your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
For orders that exceed the size and weight limits of Royal Mail, we offer DPD 1-2 Days Delivery Service and Royal Mail 24 Tracked. These services offer quick and reliable delivery for larger orders. If you select one of these services, your parcel should be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
We also offer free delivery for all orders over £35 using either DPD 1-2 Days Delivery Service, Evri or Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This is a great way to save money on shipping costs while still receiving fast and reliable delivery for your order.

Are the items checked before dispatch?
All our products are carefully checked before posting them. Any faulty or damaged items found, are returned to the supplier.

If you have a problem with your order, you have received a damaged item, or just simply the product is not up to your expectations, please request a refund by contacting us either
on our Contact Us page or by sending us an email at email@example.com mentioning the reason of the request.
You should receive an email with the return instructions within 1-2 working days.
Please return the product ONLY after you have received a confirmation email!
Once the product has been returned to us and inspected, we will issue a refund.
Please return the item in its original packaging, and make sure all of goods are safely packed.
We cannot consider an item as defective if the correct product care guidelines have not been followed and the damage to the product is clearly due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
To ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we strongly advise using a Tracked or Signed for Delivery option.
We are not liable if we do not receive a returned package!
Please make sure to add the invoice to any returning parcel!
Change of mind
In case of change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible for arranging a return. We are only accepting returns for new and unused products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only(excluding postage).
If you will wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase! If the order has not been posted, we will issue a full
refund straight away! If we already had posted the item, you must return the product to us before any refund being issued.
Damaged, missing or faulty items
We are committed to be a trustworthy and reliable seller, hence we are carefully checking each product before posting and make sure that its quality is adequate, however we can not guarantee that the product will reach the client in the same state as it might get damaged in transit.
When receiving the delivery box, please check carefully if you have all the items in your order.
If any products are missing, damaged or faulty, we will require a picture of delivery packing along with the invoice received and the damaged/faulty item.
Please be aware that we can not process a return if a photo of the delivered parcel(item) and invoice won't be provided.
Goods that are damaged, faulty , or incorrectly shipped will be fully refunded, for both the initial and return shipping costs. This is only valid if the item has been damaged in transit or if using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions and if the goods are returned to us within 10 days of delivery(15 days for international shipping)!

Before submitting details, please double-check that you have entered the correct delivery address.
Please double-check that your shipping information is complete and accurate.
If items are returned due to a customer's incorrect address, you will be charged for extra shipping costs.
Due to the customer's mistake, a resend fee must be paid for the item to be delivered to the correct address. This would not be a legitimate excuse for cancellation or refund!
Once we have received your return and the item has been inspected, you will receive an email confirmation in case your refund has been accepted and we will issue a refund straight away. It might take up to 10 working days for the money to reflect back in to your bank account.
Right to Deny
Evolve Yourself reserves the right to inspect the product if it is deemed appropriate. If a return did not follow our returns policy or was not approved and confirmed via email prior to receipt, Evolve Yourself reserves
the right to deny the return.
