What is your return/refund policy?
If you have a problem with your order, or just simply the product is not up to your expectations, please request a refund by contacting us either on our Contact Us page or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
mentioning the reason of the request.
After you have received a confirmation email please follow the guidance provided in the email on how and where to post the items.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund.
We are only accepting returns for new and unused products within 10 days of delivery (15 days for international deliveries) for a full refund of the cost of the goods only(excluding postage).
Goods that are damaged, or incorrectly shipped will be fully refunded, for both the initial and return shipping costs. This is only valid if the item has been damaged in transit or if using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions!

What are the payment options?
We can accept payments from all major credit and debit card vendors: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
We are also accepting PayPal payments and Klarna payments!

How Much Will Postage Cost?
For UK Shipping:
We offer free shipping for any UK orders over £35!
We are pleased to offer shipping services through Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD-Local for orders placed on our website. We use Royal Mail services for orders with a total weight of up to 10kg and dimensions not exceeding 61 x 46 x 46cm.
For orders that exceed the size and weight limits of Royal Mail, we use Evri or DPD-Local services. The appropriate shipping service for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart.
The cost of postage is calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order and will be displayed at checkout. Shipping fees may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, if applicable. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

How long it will take for the order to be delivered?
All orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. All orders placed Friday after 1pm will be dispatched next Monday.
If you are using Royal Mail 24 Tracked, you should receive the goods within 24 hours since we had dispatched the parcel. If you have selected Royal Mail 48 Tracked services, your parcel should be with you within 2-3 working day since the items have been dispatched.
If your order exceeds 61 x 46 x 46cm, DPD 1-2 Days Delivery Service, Royal Mail 24 Tracked will be automatically chosen and the parcel should be delivered with 1-2 working days since the goods have been dispatched.
ALL ORDERS OVER £35 WILL BE SUBJECT TO FREE DELIVERY USING DPD 1-2 Days Delivery Service or Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
Are the items checked before dispatch?
All our products are carefully checked before posting them. Any faulty or damaged items found, are returned to the supplier.
