What is your return/refund policy?
If you have a problem with your order, or just simply the product is not up to your expectations, please request a refund by contacting us either on our Contact Us page or by sending us an email at email@example.com
mentioning the reason of the request.
After you have received a confirmation email please follow the guidance provided in the email on how and where to post the items.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund.
We are only accepting returns for new and unused products within ten days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only(excluding postage).
Goods that are damaged, or incorrectly shipped will be fully refunded, for both the initial and return shipping costs. This is only valid if the item has been damaged in transit or if using the product according to the manufacturer's instructions!

What are the payment options?
We can accept payments from all major credit and debit card vendors: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
We are also accepting PayPal payments!
Is my payment secure?
We are using Shopify Payments services, hence we will not store any debit or credit card information and we do not have access to such information.

How Much Will Postage Cost?
We are providing Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class for any order with a total weight of bellow 2kg using standard rates.
For any orders over 2kg we are using DPD 1-2 Days Delivery Service at a standard flat fee of £ 7.79, service which is fully tractable.
The cost of the postage will be calculated at check out, depending on the weight of the product and the service chosen.
Any order exceeding a total amount of £25 is subject to free delivery using DPD 1-2 Days Delivery Service.
